Hey Ladies, it's that time of the year again where the barb-ques are rolling and fireworks are bursting into the air. You guessed it right if you were thinking the 4th of July! Around this time everyone is wondering, and especially us Bombshells, on what to wear for these family cookouts, gatherings, and bashes. One this is for sure you want to make sure you are as comfortable, cool (depending on the location), and fierce as possible. With gatherings like these you never know who you will see so you want to make sure you are always on your A game; do people still say that lol? Well the point of the matter is, is that we make sure our latest fashion for the 4th is on ten!! I don't know about y'all but I have been ready for the cookouts, the food, and of course FAMILY! What I love most about this holiday is that you get to incorporate festive colors to represent and celebrate with our country. So with that being said, here are a few ideas to get your fashionable mind going.
Here's a nice little go to outfit that will never fail you for this type of holiday. This outfit will keep you cool (with all this heat and humidity going on) with the denim shorts and flirty girl tank top, however, if you want to add a little bit of style to the outfit, layering a nice kimono with the outfit is always a plus. These Stubbs Wootton Star Printed Flats adds the right amount of festivity to the fit. The red lip will add the right amount of sass and personality to make this look complete. This would be a great look for a cookout that outside in the blazing heat!
Don't you just love a basic dress that literally screams everything glam and simplicity, well I do! This nice fitted ribbed jersey dress is everything when you want to show off some of your shape. A nice dull grey tone dress is nice to add against bold colors like red and blue. So this would be another great combination for this holiday. I think that pairing this up with a nude lip will add the right touch of balance, because too much of the same color can be a little played. However, adding the gold tone jewelry to the outfit makes it pop (silver accessories will be boring).
Now these outfit screams DAY PARTY! Around this time of the year people love throwing or attending day parties, so you just have to make sure that you have an outfit ready. A nice romper is a nice outfit that will allow you to stay cool and adding the right heels or pair of wedges will turn this into a nice day party look. While people may love to incorporate the red, white, and blue colors, just adding splashes of the colors will keep the outfit just as festive.
