My Daily Detox Water

This is a quick detox that I "mostly" drink daily that I find very refreshing to my body and soul. This particular detox water helps with flushing out your system. By system, I mean your body. This is also a great way for not drinking "boring" water. 

This particular detox water has certain ingredients, such as lemon, mint leaves, oranges, and cucumbers. Each of these ingredients adds a key part into helping your body detox.

The lemon fuses within the water to help boost your immune system, while aiding within your digestive system as well. The mint leaves helps settles your stomach, and it just adds flavor to the water. The cucumbers helps with re-hydration, while the oranges add flavor and and helps fight off fat. 







How often should I drink lemon water? Once a day in the morning is good. Twice a day is excellent! See what works best for you. Play around with it and see how you feel. When in doubt, consult a physician.
